THE WALL THAT SEPARATES US

( A poem after a long gap)

Can you see the wall?
The one that separates us.
The black wall of opium,
The wall which is powerful,
The one that can't be pierced.
The one which said to lighten millions,
The same which darkens two of us.
Let us break this wall together,
Let us embrace humanity.

And believe me,
When I say,
There's no such wall in between us,
It's such an illusion,
That deceives our eyes.
The only thing that detach us,
Is what I call, our resistance,
The resistance to accept ourselves.
I strive to live.
I drive to live,
With you my love, forever.
Let us love,
Let us live,
Let us share and cheer.
Let us be together forever.
